19x7 18X7+IWS Non Rotating Crane Steel Wire Rope 8mm- 72mm

Ropes of those constructions are offered in the range of diameters 8mm-60mm; these are the ropes with reduced spinning, which are intended mainly for building and industrial cranes (cranes, travelling cranes, industrial overhead cranes) with medium lifting height, working with sheaves, with multi-rope sheave block rigging; we offer the ropes in accordance with ISO 2408, PN-ISO 2408, DIN 3069, EN-12385-4 in strength classes 1570, 1670, 1770, 1960 and 2160. The ropes 18x7 are slightly more flexible than the ropes 17x7.

NOTE!

The ropes described above should not work with rotating clamping (swivel shackle)!!! It is allowable to operate the rope with rotating clamping in the first lifting cycle only, in order to compensate stresses, which arose due to installation. After the first lifting, the rope end should be blocked permanently.

Environmental Considerations

IWRC must not be used at temperatures above 400°F.

FC must not be used at temperatures above 180°F.

Fiber core ropes should not be subjected to degreasing solvents

• Define rope diameter. 1-1/4" or 24mm in example
• Rope Structure. 6X37 IWRC EIPS construction for example.
• laid RHLL(Z) or LHLL(S) for cable laid rope.
• Sling Length (length could be 0.5~1000meter, feet and meter both OK)
• Terminations, end with soft eye or Hard eye (Thimble Eye)
